Having emigrated to Australia, with all our income still coming from the UK, finding someone to rely on for good exchange rates and prompt response, was essential. Tom was very supportive with the initial transfer of the proceeds of our home and investments and has always given excellent rates of exchange. Using Torfx was an excellent choice as we were talked through the process step by step by Ally and had no need to worry. The outstanding plus is the personal service I have had over the phone when needed – Tom has been unfailingly helpful and efficient, has given excellent advice on the fine-tuning of larger transfers AND I always get through immediately to a nice human in Cornwall without first wading through options, bot-chat, music etc.
