Have been a customer of TorFX for around two years …throughout this time I have found them proactive, positive, willing to serve and providing exceptional customer service. Could not wish for better.

I have been a client with TorFX for 12-15 years. I receive my income from the USA, but have lived in Madrid, then to Scotland and now back in Madrid. When I sold our home in Madrid and purchased another home in Scotland, Hannah Wilson was of superb help. I had a difficulty with the solicitor in Scotland who thought the transfer of funds from Madrid to Scotland was going to be straightforward – bank to bank. When the time came and I told him the funds would be coming through TorFX…., Well you would have thought I had just committed a capital crime. What to do? Think no more! Phone Hannah. And yep, Hannah to the rescue, explaining to the solicitor what TorFX did and why and why I was using the service, etc., etc., etc. He was still paranoid but eventually settled down and the funds were promptly send to my bank in Scotland and the home purchased. And then I sold the home and began transferring the GBP to Euros in Madrid. Yep, Hannah now phones me…. “Tom, you’re transferring lots of money in small amounts.” “That’s right, Hannah, because that’s what TorFX allows me to do digitally without going through the TorFX office.” “I understand Tom, but you’re making our IT, security people nervous…. Can you send me the sell agreement on your Scotland home?” “Of course, Hannah. You know where the money is coming from but I also understand the powers to be need proof.” I promptly scanned her more info than she needed and with that, had the green light to keep transferring digitally. Not only that, because of my faithful commitment to TorFX, Hannah secured an exchange rate for me through TorFX that was far superior to any high street institution. She’s absolutely wonderful. Finally, just two more anecdotes. My first wife died in Scotland and I recently married a lovely Spanish lady. I wanted her to be on my TorFX account – Hannah to the rescue to walk me through the paper work and the required documents. Lastly, just last week, I needed to make a small transfer of USD to my GBP account but there was a problem with account names, that nobody could figure out why. For such a small amount of money, Hannah still remained with the situation all day long, unfortunately without success (UK bank’s problem) to be able to make the transfer digitally. So she made it for me via the phone, as if I was transferring hundreds of thousands, when it was only a very small amount. I thanked her profusely, after spending a good part of her day trying to fix the problem along with the IT people. To her, it was nothing, “because that’s what we do, Tom. We serve our clients.” Indeed, Hannah serves well her clients. There’s nobody better!!

Very good but i had problems with the website for my first transaction. However my account manager sorted it out. There are a number of things that could be improved for online transactions and I found the Faqs and AI help option didn’t help.r

I have exchanged money and done transfers abroad many times with Torfix and always found the rates and service Superb. I would reccomend them to everybody.

I use TorFX on a monthly basis and find the easy internet service works very well. Good exchange rates and the money is usually in my foreign bank account if not the same day then the following day.

I use TFX to send money to family in three countries. They provide best rates, immediate response, quick action and I end up with a satisfactory recipient. I don’t pay any commission or wait for two days like I need to do for transaction thru bank. Staff are courteous. If my allocated agent is not available, others step in to assist. Never had any reason to complain. I consider them an excellent company, the best. I do find it unbelievable that there could be a company so good, amazing , perfect in this day and age .
