About The Awards

The Good Money Guide Awards aim to champion financial services firms that excel in innovation, product, and customer service. Each year thousands of clients tell us what they think to help others make smarter decisions about who to invest, trade and transfer currency with as well as provide valuable feedback to improve the online investing, trading, and currency transfer industry. The survey takes about 2 minutes to complete and will ask you to rank providers you have used on pricing, usability and customer service.

How The Awards Survey Works:

The Good Money Guide Awards survey takes around 3 minutes to complete. Customers are asked whether you would recommend a provider and to rank them based on pricing, platforms, apps, added value and customer support. You will also get an opportunity to tell us what you like and dislike about them.

We will also ask you to provide some information about how you invest, trade or transfer currency, which will enable us to see how different types of clients view providers.

All answers are anonymous and will only be used for us to evaluate providers for our reviews and awards as well as help providers improve their services.

If you would like to receive the results of the survey you can opt-in by providing your email address at the end of the survey. You are under no obligation to do this and any answers you provide will in no way be associated with any email address you provide.
