I have now used TorFX for a few years.I have always used Hannah.I have transferred to my daughter in Australia also sent money ahead for when I have gone out there for long holidays.I have been very pleased both with the rate exchange & the simplicity each time.

Their website was easy to use and it kept me informed by email and tracking once I logged in. Whenever I have left a message or post a question a call back was quick with answers. There is not a single flaw with their customer care, speed of service, listening to what the customer needs are and a most personable service. I have a general account for either sending or receiving foreign currency. As someone who owns property abroad and receives rent, I have used TorFX numerous times in both sending large sums as well as receiving sums from abroad.

I also regularly send money to New Zealand but also have received large sums from New Zealand via TorFX. There has never been a problem and I have confidence in using this company year in and year out. Looking ahead I have large transactions from sale of property here in the UK and again I intend to use TorFX.
