I use TorFX regularly to transfer money from my UK bank account to my Spanish account. Unlike other, especially financial, services, the system is quick both in terms of use and in terms of receiving the transfer in the new account. Further it is intuitive to use. I don’t have to keep asking myself the question “What do I do now?”

I am told to sauy both the good things and the bad things. But I have just spent 5 minutes trying to find something bad to say. And I failed.

I have a bank account in Australia where we holiday every year to which I transfer money from UK. I was a loyal customer of CurrencyFair for many years until they changed their security system and I was unable to access my own online account with them despite several attempts at trying to resolve the problem. In frustration I looked online and found TorFX and after speaking to them I opened an account and was able to transfer funds almost immediately. I am impressed with the service, which was quick and efficient and hopefully we will have a long relationship going forward.

I have a son and Daughter in law who live in the USA. Clearly it’s not much help sending them any monies that are not dollars. I have a current account with Lloyds and regularly send money to my family. I always find it very easy to send money and receive helpful and polite service when there are any difficulties. I recently sent money to my son, and didn’t realise that I was sending it to a defunct account. This was quickly remedied and I was then able to send it to the correct account.

I have used TorFX for nearly 10 years to transfer monies between the UK and Cyprus.

in that time TorFX have always given me great exchange rates and not once has a payment not gone through quickly and efficiently. If I time it right I can receive payment in my Cyprus bank the morning following the instruction to TorFX!

Everything is done on-line but at the same time there is a friendly team available if I need help.

I needed to move some money to the US and hadn’t really had to do that before at this scale.
