Our verdict
You get a little bit more than just point and click when trading forex with XTB. Specifically, XTB produce their own currency news, have an excellent FX heat map function and simple dealing ticket. Some brokers I feel overcomplicate their forex layout, but XTB, has all the pertinent information where you need it.

Forex Trading Platform:
One feature I particularly like on the dealing ticket is that the spread is shown as both a spread and pip, with pip value and daily swap (overnight funding) costs clearly displayed. Plus you can see the performance of where a currency pair sits within the one day range compared to the other major forex pairs.

XTB is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
AVOID XTB - they are dishonest and poorly managed. I currently have 2 cases pending against them. The first is their complete refusal to comply with GDPR and the second for refusing to transfer my French PEA account to another bank. Both of these incidents are highly illegal and the French authorities are involved. The UK and Polish head offices are aware of the situation and doing nothing to help. AVOID XTB at all costs.

The customer service is amazing. I have an account manager that checks in with me. I use them for Stocks, ETFs and my ISAs.

It offers everything I need
I find the platform easy to use and it has everything you need. I have created my own Investment Plan and I invest in stocks. Not much of a risk taker myself. I have spoken to the account managers a few times too. They are super helpful and there to answer any questions you have. The platform has gotten better over the years and has definitely improved. Overall it offers everything I need.
