ETX Capital has won a couple of decent awards at the Online Personal Wealth Awards this year.
The two awards highlight ETX’s commitment to both educating traders and providing a robust solution for professional traders.
We spoke to Phil Adler the new CEO of ETX Capital a while ago and back then he did highlight the importance of educating clients. You can read our interview with Phil Adler here.
It’s interesting actually, from an industry point of view, because, as regulation changes brokers can’t compete as much on price as they used to. Mainly because pricing is about as good as it can get. So brokers have to compete on service. They two main aspects of service in the brokerage industry are looking after clients well and helping them trade.
Obviously nowadays, and with execution only high-risk products there are limits on how much a broker can actually help. But, by educating clients to improve their trading strategies, spread betting brokers can reduce the burn rate of new punters and therefore form longer term more profitable relationships (on both sides).
As new and experienced client improve, and for retail clients looking for a professional trading account, (for increased leverage etc.) ETX has a pretty solid offering too.
So far this year ETX Capital have picked up the following awards:
- Best Trading Platform for Professionals – Online Personal Wealth Awards 2019
- Best Trading Tools – Online Personal Wealth Awards 2019
- Best Spread Betting Platform – ADVFN awards 2019
Rob Jeffers, Head of Product Management said:
“After a multi-award winning year for our market-leading proprietary TraderPro platform in 2018; we’re delighted that the hard work of the ETX team is continuing to be recognised with these awards in 2019. Look out for more to come during the rest of the year!”
