Does not blag on in the pretence that an investment strategy is about outsmarting professionals at investment choice and is up front about risk as much as return being in the investment decision equation. Good on tax and helping make the decisions against the backdrop of fluid rules, interesting geopolitics and unpredictable UK government behaviour (and a government is minded to tax and subsidise).

Staff are reliable and consistent, and easy to deal with.

Provides an empathetic, personal service with access to face to face meetings. Approachable and efficient who regularly notify you with their quarterly finance reports advising you of your portfolios performance. What’s not to like. I cannot fault them.
