Great company for sending money abroad
I have used Torfx for several years now to send part of my pension to a bank account in Spain where I have a holiday home. As a result of Brexit paying bills and bank transfers became more difficult, but Torfx made it much easier to make transfers.
Their exchange rates are acceptable, transfers are quick and straightforward, and should any problem occur, there is always someone on hand to help.
Excellent service
TorFX provides exactly what it promises, namely FX and remittance services that are fast and cost effective. There’s one big difference with not only big banks but also Fintech disruptor companies….personal service. Phone and you can speak to someone who is helpful and knowledgeable, not an AI robot through an impersonal phone app, and morever you are talking to someone on a small town in the west of England, not in London or Bombay or Manila. All this helps!
Great rates
I have a Currency Transfer Account. I use it regularly to exchange Stirling to Euros. It’s very very easy using a debit card to pay on line for the transfer. Great exchange rates.

When I signed up for an account, I was contacted within a few days by a consultant who explained everything in detail and answered my questions. Whenever I write to the team, they respond immediately. It is a wonderful support when dealing with international money transfers which can be quite daunting.
