I have held a ISA General Investment Account with Saltus ( formally Beckford James of Bath ) for a number of years and have been very pleased with the steady returns that the have been achieved. More recently, and in light of the recent Autumn Budget, my attention has been turned to the options available for planning and managing IHT and so I have sought advice from Saltus. Ivan Lintner from Saltus has been guiding me through the various options that my family and I might consider and I have been very pleased with his approach. He has been thorough and has provided clear and understandable scenarios for us to consider which is making the process much less stressful than it might have been. My ISA account also continues to prosper. All information from Saltus is very clear .We are able to access our accounts very easily ,and the information is easily understood . We receive regular updates on our investments .Our personal advisor Ivan is always available if we need to check anything ,and we can speak to him directly whenever the need arises .He understands our aims ,and offers different options to achieve them .His advice has been invaluable over the years . All round , extremely happy with all aspects of our financial affairs with Saltus ! As my retirement approaches, I need to get clear, realistic advice about the future with quite a few unpredictable elements in play – various old pensions with different conditions attached, uncertainty as to exactly when I give up work and, whether to go for draw-down or an annuity, and, of course, what will happen to me in the future.
