A good advisor is someone who really understands the industry, listens to the requirements of the clients and then actively manages their investments. From the first meeting, my mind was put at ease. He stepped through my requirements and views on risk and then put together an appropriate investment strategy. He has then actively managed the investments to ensure that they still meet my requirements. He is really approachable, extremely well organised, responds quickly to any questions I have and genuinely cares about his clients.

Ivan Lintner provided an introduction, in person, to the services that Saltus could provide. With a lot of bad press about pensions and scams around, it was necessary for me to have the personal confidence to make the changes necessary to my pension plans. Ivan guided me through this, and with the follow-up support with annual reviews and the online portal, I am pleased I chose the path I did.

I’ve spent a couple of years trying to find the ‘right’ financial adviser to help me as I enter my 50s. Each of them bar one hasn’t listened and instead, they have focused on what they think I should be aiming for.
The exception is Saltus and Toby. He actually listened to what I want from my retirement and my financial goals. Shortly afterwards, when he made his recommendations, he showed he had listened to me and recapped what I had actually said. I’m really grateful to both Saltus and Toby, thank you.

For decades my family has entrusted their financial interests to professional financial advisors. It started with Peter Hill, a founding member of Brunel Capital Investments, who managed the interests of my parents Bob and Barbara. When Peter retired, Dan Hiles took over their accounts and mine as the company entered partnership with Saltus.
As a family we value the continuity of staff, who actually visit us at our home address and take real interest in our financial situation, building strong personal ties along the way. Fairly new to this company and am very pleased with the service to date. Respond promptly to any requests and advise on the optimal way to manage both accounts. No complaints!

I hold a private pension fund with Saltus. The platform is easy to use. My adviser is fantastic – proactive but also accessible should anything change or I simply want a review.
