Their planning process includes robust cashflow modelling and tax optimisation, resulting in comprehensive strategies that span life planning and investment management. Their investment performance, as independently benchmarked by the ARC Private Client Indices (ARC PCI), is particularly impressive. Saltus has outperformed peers over 3, 5, and 10-year periods across cautious, balanced, growth, and equity risk categories — all while generally taking less risk. The company keeps in regular contact re financial issues both generally and specific to my investment and their app is really easy to use and informative. Communicates well. Saltus provides a very strong market presence, offering a wide range of market platforms. I have always found in my experience of dealings with my adviser Jack Munday in particular, and them as a company that they have and are always willing to go the extra mile to give me the benefits of their advice, knowledge and understanding of the financial markets . Leaving has been a painful, tedious disaster with a need to raise a complaint (upheld). Started in August and here we are at the end of January and it still isn’t completed.Performance
