Description: The CAC 40 Index is a premier equity index in the Euronext Paris platform and comprises of the top 40 companies, primarily French businesses. The largest component stock is the luxury conglomerate LVMH. The index has more than doubled from its 2011 lows and is continuing to trade near its historic highs. The dividend yield is over 3 percent.
