We had an appointment with Mohammed at the Eccles branch today (Salford) and I have to say that this is the first time I have walked away from the bank absolutely 100% pleased with the service we received. Mohammed sorted out just what we needed no fuss, no problem. He also told me that we could be getting a better rate on our savings account so we changed that also, and what a fabulous sense of humour he has, very funny man put me and my husband at complete ease all the way through the meeting, would definitely advise people to go there.
