Exchange rate nt as good as currencies direct , but a far better deal than the bank most time, what I don’t like about TorFx is they will use a third party which costs you money and not a small amount, on top of there fees, they don’t tell you about this until the recipient receives the money R110 goes to a third party, that’s why I use currencies direct now no third parties at all

Stop using a third party or inform you they will be using a third party with this transaction, as they don’t always use a third party, but most times perhaps its the time of the day???

They provide a very personal service. I am a person and not a number when I contact them and they are friendly and helpful.
