- Experts rate Saxo Commodities Trading highly, noting its professional platform and low commissions as significant advantages for both retail and institutional traders. However, they point out the absence of commodities spread betting as a limitation, which may affect some traders seeking tax-free profits.
- Across 137 user reviews on Good Money Guide, averaging 4.2/5, customers frequently commend the platform's user-friendly interface, extensive market access, and competitive pricing. While many highlight the excellent customer service and robust trading tools, some users express frustration with account registration issues and the limitations on funding from non-resident countries.

Is Saxo a good commodities broker?
Yes, as a commodities broker Saxo offers one of the best trading platforms for retail and professional traders. For professional and institutional commodities traders, you can trade commodities with DMA on-exchange futures and options. For retail traders, you can get access to the commodities market through CFDs and a wide range of ETFs. The only think that Saxo does not offer commodity traders is financial spread betting for tax-free profits on oil and gold trading etc.

Comprehensive
Saxo offers something for everyone. Their platforms are easy to use, give you plenty of data and some great knowledge resources. They make investing straightforward and as not-scary as possible
Sleek
Broad access to markets and asset classes, useful toolkit and low fx exchange fees when trading international shares regularly
After IB experience it is like day and night bad
My german bank decided to discontinue doing business with me as I am resident in the UAE and I want to transfer the commerzbank account to Saxo so that it is EU regulations. transfer took 8 weeks and multiple calls, account opening takes similarly very time consuming and several problems moreover the platform offers much less ETFs and bonds to compare to IB and prices are higher.
