The blend of account management and online function is seamless at Moneycorp. Each side of the business is exactly up to date with the other. I have enjoyed a series of outstanding account managers in the years I have used Moneycorp (not too many though as each has been relatively long term in place, which is great). It’s the human side that keeps me with Moneycorp as off the top of my head I can recall great relations over a decade with Jamil, Jonathan and now Joe (surnames left off for their privacy). Not only have each of them been excellent and effortlessly numerate; they have also been ready to solve my challenges rather than exacerbate them or tell me that ‘Computer says no’. The back-up they receive from their own colleagues is also quality in depth with apparently anyone able to help me on almost any query. There has been a problem with my bank in the USA not providing all the information required by MoneyCorp. MoneyCorp has always contacted me so that I can supply an email received from my US bank alerting me to the payment and sending my unique reference number.

We have used Moneycorp for several years to transfer funds overseas to one specific destination and the process has always been reliable and quick.
