I have used this company for many years and have always be happy with their support and efficiency.

Been using Lumon for a good number of years now. I have always had excellent service and very good and competitive exchange rates. The majority of the time it has been a same day service so no complaints at all. Just had excellent service over the past few days as I needed to transfer some funds but was having difficulties being mid Atlantic, with no telephone service. Chloe very efficiently arranged the transfer by exchange of emails.

We have used Lumon several times now and the service is always efficient and speedy… In a day or two at the most all is done with no drama and no problems.

When it was necessary for us to transfer an inheritance, they could not have been more helpful, interested and always available to help with the logistical problems. We find them completely trustworthy, any time there may have been a small problem, they are available by phone and always resolve the issue. Recommend.

Hi, I have used Lumon for about 13 years. Of course the rebranding can create confusion and uncertainty but I have found them to be reliable and a safe provider. I maintain a close eye on them and I watch the £ to USD. A very acceptable broker!

I have used Lumon for a number of years, initially whilst living in France to transfer funds from U.K., then to transfer the proceeds of our house sale in France back to U.K. I now need to transfer funds from U.K. to France to support my son who is at Uni in France. Throughout all of this Lumon have always been efficient and reliable and the ability to have a ‘same day’ credit to my French account simply adds to the convenience.

From the online dealing to the minute the funds arrive in my SA bank account, the process is super efficient.

I have used Lumon for a number of transactions. It has been a simple act to obtain the rate and place the transfer. All members of staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
