Awful communication

I banked with BS for about 15 years. A year ago they made the decision to only manage portfolios of £500,000+, which didn’t include me.
I was given a month’s notice and then absolutely no further communication. Yes, they transferred my account, and the am getting a superior service now, but BS did not cover themselves in glory
