Investa has been voted Best Options Trading App 2026 at the Good Money Guide Trading Awards, with users praising its simplicity, innovation and commission-free access to options trading.
The Good Money Guide Awards are based on customer feedback, votes and reviews and are free to enter. Investa received the most votes from options traders and stood out for making options trading significantly more accessible to UK retail investors, an area traditionally dominated by complex platforms designed for professionals.
A recurring theme across Investa customer reviews was simplicity. Users consistently highlighted how easy the app is to navigate, with many saying Investa removes the intimidation and complexity often associated with options trading.
All votes can be viewed on Investa’s review page.
Investa’s clean interface and user experience were repeatedly praised, particularly by beginner traders looking to learn options strategies without being overwhelmed by jargon or overly technical systems. Customers also highlighted the smooth onboarding process, clear order screens and intuitive design.
Innovation was another major reason behind the win. Many voters credited Investa with helping to “democratise” options trading in the UK by offering commission-free trading, transparent pricing and broad access to US-listed options contracts.
Investa voters also praised the company’s responsiveness and customer support. Several reviews specifically highlighted the fact that the founders themselves remain actively involved in customer communication and product feedback, helping create a strong community feel around the platform.
Alec Beasley, Investa Co-founder and CEO said of winning the award:
We are the first mobile-based investment app in the UK where customers can trade both stocks and options without paying any commission. Removing the commissions alone doesn’t make a product accessible. We knew we had to build a product that actually caters for the market, a market that is new to options trading. We wanted to ensure that before anyone makes a decision, they see all the information that they need to make an informed decision easily in a digestible manner.
