A good bank especially when traveling

I have a Sterling and Euro account with Starling. It was easy to set up and any time I have had a query, it has been responded to promptly and accurately. Can’t fault them.

Originally banked as a business customer but liked them so much, opened a personal account, and subsequently a joint account too!

Quite friendly and helpful. Nice to talk too.

Everything this bank does makes me think – why didn’t I get here sooner? They have been transformational in how I see banking and they always make any issues I have (which are rare) seem top of their “To Do” list. I can always manage to speak to a person if I need to and using my card in the UK and abroad has been so easy.

So pleased I opened a Starling Account. So easy to use, immediate online customer service. All account information easy to locate within the App. Easy to set up saving goals and budgets.

Starling is far and away the best bank I’ve ever been with. They make everything easy, the app is great, but they still have people you can talk to if you need it.

I love starling bank, it’s so easy to use the app you can see at a glance your up to date balance. You get notified straight away of any spending so you can keep track. I also love the little saving spaces that lets me set aside some of my money for up coming purchases.

This is a great on line bank to deal with. It’s easy to apply for, gives lots of information and advice. I would say it’s also secure, I was a bit spetical at 1st, but after using it, I found it very good.

I opened a Starling account specifically to deal with purchases abroad while on a cruise as it allowed for payment in local currencies at a good exchange rate. The cost of purchases is shown in local currency and pounds sterling. The App and its operation is straightforward and any spend is shown as soon as signal permits.

Starling appears to be a stable bank, who keeps clients up to date with what is happening generally in the world of money/fiannce and of course personal safetty with accounts

Very happy with my Starling account. The App is very simple to use and the Customer Service is first class.
