Do not open an account with this bank. My card has been blocked three times this week!!! After making the payments, confirming my magic number, approving the payment in my online app and face biometrics and still…. TSB blocks the payments!!! That’s three hours of my like spent on stupid call centres speaking to totally empathetic robots to remove the block only to be blocked again

We had an appointment with Mohammed at the Eccles branch today (Salford) and I have to say that this is the first time I have walked away from the bank absolutely 100% pleased with the service we received. Mohammed sorted out just what we needed no fuss, no problem. He also told me that we could be getting a better rate on our savings account so we changed that also, and what a fabulous sense of humour he has, very funny man put me and my husband at complete ease all the way through the meeting, would definitely advise people to go there.
