I have used this site a couple of times lately.I spoke to my dedicated manager prior to my first usage and was then confident enough to proceed with my transfer.

It was so simple really, but the fact you have a manager there to advise you or answer any questions you may have is assuring. The transfers were free and the rate achieved was good. Easy peasy from now on in when making transfers.
