Love Starling
My first tentative step to trying out an app based bank. I’m an old school cautious type, but once used to it you’ll never look back! I even managed a webchat from my hotel room in Amsterdam out of hours. No problem! I feel much more in control of my money and always save with Starling (reasonable interest with no hoops to jump through) and use for my perfect rate on holiday money.

About four years ago I set up a currency transfer service (it was called Berry FX if you must know). Because more years ago than that I used to be a prime broker for client-facing foreign exchange services.
