The colleagues i spoke with were great at first explaining the mortgage options since being a first time buyer. They were always quick at responding to any queries and when we had to reapply for a different mortgage they were very quick to resolve the issue. Would use this service again as it took all the confusion away and made this part of house buying seem less.

I cannot recommend Ashlyn and the team highly enough. From start to finish, the service I received was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Buying a property can be a stressful and confusing process, but Ashlyn made everything feel straightforward and manageable.

What impressed me most was how flexible and accommodating Ashlyn was throughout the entire process. No question ever seemed like an inconvenience, and every query was answered clearly and promptly. I can only imagine that mortgage advisers have to explain the same information countless times every day, yet Ashlyn never made it feel repetitive. Instead, she approached every conversation with patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help, which made the whole experience a pleasure.

The online portal and user interface also deserve recognition. It was intuitive, easy to navigate, and presented information in a clear way that was simple to understand. Uploading documents, tracking progress, and reviewing information was straightforward, which removed a lot of the uncertainty that often comes with the mortgage process. Everything was laid out logically and was easy to interpret, even for someone unfamiliar with mortgages.

Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and supported when making important decisions. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations, and I had absolutely no issues whatsoever with Ashlyn or the mortgage brokerage service provided.

I would happily recommend Ashlyn and the company to my friends and family without hesitation.

The only disappointing part of the wider house-buying process was the recommended conveyancer, Muve. My experience with them was completely different, and personally I would not choose to use their services again or recommend them in the slightest. Thankfully, Ashlyn’s excellent support and professionalism more than made up for that aspect of the process.

Michelle was really helpful and responsive. Our solicitors L&C mortgages were the complete opposite so to have Michelle there to give us advice helped with the stress they caused us.
