Consistently Excellent
It is genuinely astonishing how capable the customer support on this app is. When you need any sort of help with banking, Revolut reliably deliver assistance where needed and definitely cover all points asked about. It’s refreshing seeing support that feels like you’re actually being addressed properly and not being delivered an automated script. Furthermore, the app itself is fantastic. Very modern, easy to navigate, and user friendly for all age groups and tech literacy. Few apps reach that level of consistency, and I feel Revolut have indeed achieved that. Well done.
