Degiro is no accepting UK clients again and offers a very low-cost way to invest and trade the markets. I would say they are aimed at slightly more experienced investors who trade on a regular basis and want to keep costs down. It’s worth noting, though, that DEGIRO is not regulated by the FCA; they are an overseas firm supervised in Germany by BaFin and in the Netherlands by AFM and DNB, so you do not get FSCS protection.
