XTB has launched a new promotion giving UK investors a free share in Rolls-Royce (LSE: RR) when they open and fund a new investment account. The offer runs from 13 October to 30 November 2025, with limited availability.
Rolls-Royce has been one of the FTSE 100’s standout performers in recent years, its share price has surged nearly 3,000% from pandemic lows, driven by recovery in air travel and renewed defence-sector demand.
What’s the free share offer?
New clients who open an XTB account and make their first deposit will automatically receive one free Rolls-Royce share, worth around £4–£5 at current market prices. The stock is credited to the user’s portfolio within three business days of the deposit being confirmed.
The promotion follows XTB’s previous Uber free-share campaign and aims to attract new retail investors to its zero-commission stock-investing platform. XTB allows users to buy real shares and ETFs with 0% commission (up to €100,000 turnover per month), offers over 10,000 global instruments, and pays up to 4.25% interest on uninvested GBP funds.
How to claim your free Rolls-Royce share
- Register for a new XTB account between 13 October and 30 November 2025.
- Accept the “Free Stock” promotion terms during registration.
- Verify your account through XTB’s standard ID checks.
- Make your first deposit
- Within three working days, your free Rolls-Royce share will appear in your portfolio and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
What’s the catch?
While the free share is genuine, there are a few conditions worth noting:
- The promotion is only available to new XTB UK clients.
- You must deposit funds to qualify, simply opening an account is not enough.
- Stocks and ETFs are commission-free only up to €100,000 per month; larger trades attract a 0.2% fee (min £10).
- A 0.5% FX conversion fee applies on trades in non-GBP currencies.
- The offer is time-limited and subject to availability.
As always, your capital is at risk. Share prices can go down as well as up, and the value of your Rolls-Royce share could fluctuate after it’s credited to your account.
