How long does a Pepperstone withdrawal take?

Pepperstone Average Withdrawal Times

Getting your money back quickly from an online trading platform is often one of the most important things for traders. Especially when you’re a profitable trader and rely on trading income as a salary.

Luckily, Pepperstone withdrawals are generally sent quickly, with UK withdrawal requests taking a median of around 38 minutes, to be processed by Pepperstone.

Pepperstone has provided Good Money Guide with some exclusive median withdrawal processing times across four of its major regulatory entities so you can see how long it takes to withdraw money from your Pepperstone trading account:

Pepperstone entityRegulatorMedian processing time

Data supplied by Pepperstone to Good Money Guide and collected between 1 January 2026 and 4 September 2026. Figures represent median withdrawal processing times rather than the time for funds to reach a customer’s account.

These figures measure the time between a customer requesting a withdrawal and Pepperstone’s operations team processing it. So keep in mind they do not show how long it takes for the money to arrive in your bank account or on your card. That is dependet on your underlying banking provider and withdrawal method.

How long does it take to receive money from Pepperstone?

Once Pepperstone has processed and released your withdrawal, the time it takes to receive the money depends on the withdrawal method and the payment provider.

Pepperstone states that Apple Pay, Google Pay and debit or credit card withdrawals can be processed from the same day up to one working day whilst domestic and international bank transfers can sometimes take up to seven days.

This is because banks and other third-party payment providers can cause additional delays, so a withdrawal that Pepperstone processes in less than an hour will not necessarily appear in your account that quickly.

How to avoid dealys when withdrawing money from Pepperstone

The most important thing to ensure withdrawals are processed quickly is to ensure that your account details are up to date and you do not have any outstanding identity verification requests. Pepperstone have a duty to ensure that all payments are going to the correct person, so any missing data or information will likely trigger some AML (anti-money laundering) controls.

Withdrawals can also take longer if the payment provider rejects the funds, or intermediary or beneficiary banks carry out additional regulatory checks.

Weekend and public-holiday requests can also take longer because Pepperstone processes withdrawals on working days.

Pepperstone also requires withdrawals to be returned to a payment source in the same name (or joint name) as the trading account, rather than allowing withdrawals to unrelated third parties.

Based on our research, Pepperstone’s 2026 data suggests its internal withdrawal processing is fast, particularly for UK customers, but the total time before you receive your money will depend primarily on the payment method and banking network.
