    2) PGIM
This company has emails of their employees on their website. So very easy. I started out writing to their client.inquiries@pgim.com and didn’t get a response. Then I wrote to a “Travis Fishstein” and no response. Then I wrote again to “Travis Fishstein” again and a “Kaur Sharan”. After one day I got a reply from a “Paul Pak” who signed as a “Security officer”. Below is this reply. I sent the same mail as above.
    Dear XXXX:

Thank you for your inquiry to Mr. Fishstein and Mrs. Sharan on xx October 2025 and xx November 2025. The company called Pacific Peak Capital Partners (PPCP) is a fictitious and malicious organization and we have notified law enforcement as well as requested the take downs of these websites. PGIM Quantitative Solutions has no affiliation nor relationship with PPCP as being errantly advertised by this fictitious organization.

Please do not communicate with this malicious organizations.

    My advice to you is:
Stay away and don’t transfer any funds to them. Don’t do the KYC. If you have transferred funds then follow some of the advices mentioned earlier, describing how to successfully take the funds out without catching their attention.
    Stay safe and take care.

Here is how I verified it.
I contacted the two companies FCAT and PGIM, that the 2 professors claim are copartners in developing the so called PinnacleFlow system.
    1) FCAT:
The company doesn’t have emails of their employees on their websites. However, they have full names and pictures and I can see that they are reachable through linkedin. I used the company’s contact form on the website (see link below) and wrote the following:
    Dear Mr./Mrs.
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out to verify a claim made by a company called Pacific Peak Capital Partners (PPCP). They are claiming they are in partnership with your organization to develop an AI trading platform named PinnacleFlow and are marketing your organization as a partner behind the development of this system.
Could you please confirm whether your company is indeed affiliated or in partnership with PPCP in this regard?
Thank you for your time and assistance. I appreciate your clarification.

    Kind Regards,
    XXXX

    I got the below answer:
    Hi XXXX –

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. FCAT is not involved with this company/project.

    Best,
    Jane
