After leaving the group today and blocking Emily I was contacted by another member of the group who I have been chatting with occasionally. I was asked why I left the group. I replied that I was uncomfortable with the personal information I was required to give to open a DMA account. The reply was that it is standard to open an account and give these details and that it’s perfectly safe and they had taken profits from the account quite easily only yesterday – yeah lol

Just blocked Emily so hopefully these scams will get shut down soon

I left the group last night and now have received a message off Emily asking why I left. Very tempted to copy and paste this article and let them know we are aware of the scam. What you think I should do?

I knew that the group was probably a scam when I joined but I am continuing to be a member so I can watch how the scam unfolds. The pushing of the DMA is now the main focus with bots putting up screenshots of profits made. They rely of FOMO and greed to entice people to invest.

I’m in FTSE 100 stock discussion G27. This is obviously a large scale scam as same names involved as the other groups mentioned here. They are pushing DMA and also another member of the group has tried to befriend me trying to sign me up to it. I think they are a bit suspicious of me
