@the specialist… This thread saved my backside. I am a genuine participant, found this group 6 weeks ago trying to do a bit of due diligence on Emily, Tim and Station One. As soon as I worked out it was a scam I told Emily I was going to make a big deposit, sent fake screen shots of an account with lots of money (from Google images), said I wanted to test the withdrawal process before I made a big investment. Like BigMac I got out with all my money and £3k profit. I was lucky, but was Sh!tting bricks for 3 days until the money arrived. Then Emily didn’t stop pestering me about my forthcoming funds. I’ve been scammed before and lost £12k to scum like this, so I know how it feels. I feel bad for all who have lost money. But Monzo should be held accountable here; my Lloyds and Nationwide accounts refused to let me transfer to StationOne so I’m sure the FSA would be interested in that.

I see Emily has opened up the group again this morning and there are 2 ‘block trades’… Just reading all the fake messages and screenshots about how people have withdrawn money. Similar to the screen shots I faked and showed Emily to get my money out. The tax thing is funny…I wonder whose tax people think they are paying and who set the rates 🤔

The group members are not real…most of the comments are AI generated BS. There’s only a few members that are real in each group. If you’re not sure, just read their messages again…no one speaks like that in the real world. The admins are in on it too. Somehow, Emily knew how much money was in my StationOne account and I didn’t tell her in any messages. It’s all connected… Glad I got out when I did.

I am so glad I found this thread. I found myself getting into the DMA thing and like BigMac opened a stationOne account…but nothing seemed right; the app, the bank transfers; and the language the people in the group used. They are not real people – no one really talks the way they do and no one should share their bank transfer details in the group chat and I was also befriended by ‘Alice’. After seeing this thread; and after making £3k profit I told Emily and StationOne I was going to invest £40k (which I wasn’t) – but wanted to test the withdrawal method first so I was sure it all worked fine. I withdrew all of my money and my profit and have notified my bank of the transactions where I deposited them so they can track it from their fraud team. Interesting that Lloyds refused to transfer to these accounts and I was constantly told 2 things by Emily; open a monzo account and that there is a minimum investment in the block trading to force you to invest more. I was also told I would be invited to a charity dinner in August as a valued invested in DMA…be very careful people.
