The PFIT and PPCP is a big scam. Watch out. Here is how I verified it.
I contacted the two companies FCAT and PGIM, that the 2 professors claim are copartners in developing the so called PinnacleFlow system.
1) FCAT:
The company doesn’t have emails of their employees on their websites. However, they have full names and pictures and I can see that they are reachable through linkedin. I used the company’s contact form on the website (see link below) and wrote the following:
Dear Mr./Mrs.
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out to verify a claim made by a company called Pacific Peak Capital Partners (PPCP). They are claiming they are in partnership with your organization to develop an AI trading platform named PinnacleFlow and are marketing your organization as a partner behind the development of this system.
Could you please confirm whether your company is indeed affiliated or in partnership with PPCP in this regard?
Thank you for your time and assistance. I appreciate your clarification.Kind Regards,
XXXXI got the below answer:
Hi XXXX –Thanks for bringing this to our attention. FCAT is not involved with this company/project.

The PFIT and PPCP is a big scam. Watch out.
Continued …2) PGIM
This company has emails of their employees on their website. So very easy. I started out writing to their client.inquiries@pgim.com and didn’t get a response. Then I wrote to a “Travis Fishstein” and no response. Then I wrote again to “Travis Fishstein” again and a “Kaur Sharan”. After one day I got a reply from a “Paul Pak” who signed as a “Security officer”. Below is this reply. I sent the same mail as above.
Dear XXXX:Thank you for your inquiry to Mr. Fishstein and Mrs. Sharan on xx October 2025 and xx November 2025. The company called Pacific Peak Capital Partners (PPCP) is a fictitious and malicious organization and we have notified law enforcement as well as requested the take downs of these websites. PGIM Quantitative Solutions has no affiliation nor relationship with PPCP as being errantly advertised by this fictitious organization.
Please do not communicate with this malicious organizations.
Thank you,

Here are the emails I used.

My advice to you is:
Stay away and don’t transfer any funds to them. Don’t do the KYC. If you have transferred funds then follow some of the advices mentioned earlier, describing how to successfully take the funds out without catching their attention.
Stay safe and take care.18th November 2025 at 10:43 pm #156983Anonymous

ParticipantThis person is a scammer. Don’t click on any unknown links, there’s a very real chance they could drain your crypto wallet. They post these things to trick you into withdrawing your funds, then they play on people’s need to verify things for themselves. If you click on their links, your phone or computer will get infected with malware. They’ll then be able to transfer your funds to their own wallet whenever they like.
18th November 2025 at 10:52 pm #156985So So
ParticipantIt’s also easy to post in here that the funds are easily withdrawn by an insider!!!

The JokerParticipantHa ha ha, SoSo, are you trying to divert attention away from the real scammers above?
Why are you posting in broken English?
Are you in on it with them?19th November 2025 at 2:14 am #156996Sherlocks
ParticipantI am involved in 2 groups – and I’m the only real personal identity on each group. All others are bots …
A big timer put a trade out on group which liquidates the participant if he lets it. But is all a set up
Then a bot says they got liquidated but are gonna put more funds in and says it was their own fault – just to persuade you to do same.
All images are ai and 99% are wearing glasses.
Apparently it is a Bulgarian group that have made millions over the years and can’t be touched by authorities19th November 2025 at 2:25 am #157000Sherlocks
ParticipantAlso I was able to withdraw money no problem – left about 1000 or so dollars and then got liquidated. Not putting any of my own money in as am sure it was a complete set up with crypto tickets that don’t exist and some off the ones that do exist are a different price
I had deposited about 10,000 dollars at one point. Was able to take it all out no problem.
I’m not committing but will be sick as a parrot if it’s the real thing19th November 2025 at 3:21 am #157001Sherlocks
ParticipantBeen reading a few comments … and no one will know for sure until d- day but I won’t be investing. It hasn’t cost me anything – in fact I think I made $1000
Never an y problem removing funds
But they know if u put in 10,000 then u have another 100,000 lying about some where ???
From what I know is – they target your phone from the pinnacle flow hub – where u win prizes / get passwords etc
They have your kyc as registered on the trading app – so would be able to secure loans etc in ur name anyway
The stings come in a hidden ? Form – if you don’t follow trade exactly 100% then you will lose a lot as at 50 leverage and makes out its your fault
If you follow the bots trade you will lose eventually and again as if it’s nothing to do with them
So system is not honest ( if it was my company I was trying to promote – I wouldn’t be allowing some so called trader or big timer to give trade advise on my company group chat ( would do more damage )
But at same time / info is very knowledgeable – not always 100% but accurate
So I wouldn’t be surprised if this was real deal. ….. but I’m out and not investing …. And that’s my final answer
Ps. The reason a member was removed within an hr was because he gave info about group leaders – and there is only 1 authentic member on each group – so easily identified –
Try phoning any member on ur group
All unobtainable-19th November 2025 at 9:47 am #157010Mia Davis
ParticipantFrom your entire account, your narrative seems to be interspersed with ambiguous expressions such as “I heard”, “someone said”, “it feels like”, and “I suspect”, yet you are describing a project in which you personally participated. This is rather odd. You mention that you joined two groups, where you were the only real person, while most others were wearing glasses or their pictures appeared AI-generated. May I ask, is this something you genuinely witnessed, or is it simply how you perceived it?
On the one hand, you claim that this is a Bulgarian scam syndicate, stating the project is risky and that $1k was liquidated, which certainly sounds like a scam; yet, on the other hand, you say that you invested a total of $10k and ultimately made a profit of $1,000, with withdrawals never being an issue. So, is this actually a scam, or a story of a successful investment? Is this logically consistent?Furthermore, you claim the lottery was a means to lock mobile devices and obtain passwords, but no one has actually come to any harm as a result. So, is this something you have verified yourself, or is it simply something you “heard”? If anyone had truly fallen victim to such a lottery or had their privacy compromised, I am sure there would have been public disclosures by now, rather than needing your warning.
Regarding KYC details being used for loans, again, no one has made this public, so why have you arrived at these far-fetched scenarios that neither you nor others have actually experienced? Notably, you mention you have already exited the group, yet also comment about someone being removed from the group within an hour. Are you using your exit to show that you are “alert”, or is it to warn others to leave while suggesting you are now safe?
Throughout your account, your tone seems to be presenting facts, but in reality you are conveying a rather subtle emotion. You present your case eloquently, perhaps in the hope that others will join you in denouncing this project so you do not appear to be the only one who “left, lost money, and is now alone”.19th November 2025 at 10:40 am #157015
The JokerParticipantI’m guessing you haven’t been using WhatsApp for very long. You clearly don’t even know about the ‘Silence unknown callers’ feature. Most long, term users have that switched on to avoid being pestered.
Besides, if you’re saying the fact you got your funds back proves they didn’t scam you, your logic doesn’t add up. If they could manipulate the prices, your $10k would’ve been liquidated as well. They wouldn’t let you withdraw $10k first and then manipulate prices to make you lose $1k. What’s more, investing always carries risk, you’ve clearly lost money because of your own greed. If you’re going in with the mindset that you’ll only ever make profits and never lose, I’d advise you not to invest in anything at all.

everyone to avoid sending their life savings to scum scammers. Substantial funds will get frozen and they’re now indicating PFIT will be locked.

The JokerParticipantHaha, SoSo. You’re posting in Chinglish and then criticising others for sharing their views.
I’m not attacking anyone, just giving my opinion.
If that’s a problem for you, maybe you just don’t like reasonable people posting here.19th November 2025 at 1:20 pm #157023Mia Davis
ParticipantIf they truly are scammers, why has no one reported them? And more importantly your approach is something that should give everyone pause for thought.
I believe that a genuine legal system is capable of promptly punishing illegal acts, and would never allow fraudulent schemes to persist unchecked for long.
Yet in reality, many people are not actually stopping the scammers. Instead, they use “reason” and “well-meaning advice” to stir emotion, sowing doubt and hesitation in others ultimately depriving them of the clarity to judge for themselves.
On the surface, it seems like they’re offering a warning, but in truth, they’re draining others of belief. What’s abandoned isn’t just a single choice it may be a family’s last hope, or even a rare opportunity for generational change.
So who, really, should we be questioning?
Those who choose to try?
Or those who persuade them to walk away?
Who, in the end, is the one we ought to be most wary of?19th November 2025 at 1:35 pm #157024Sherlocks
ParticipantHi I haven’t been scammed at all yet
But I believe it is a scam ….
Their NFA certificate they advertise is not legit .. and do not have the licenses they claim to have
I do love the idea of the process and would love to be part of but not committing 10,000 dollars to something with so many red flags
Every image to me looks ai generated
I wish I hadn’t gave my kyc cos the identity fraud I’m guessing will come later

There is just too much bullshit on ur group / manipulation by other members to try and convince you to invest big sums
Ps. But if I hadve put a few thousand in at start / not fell for the pit falls which they know ur going to / I could’ve taken my investment out and still had enough funds to continue

ParticipantHa Ha Joker
Comments say it all.
You’re the only smart one doing the cliticising. For anyone on the fence do before parting
with your hard earned money please do your own due diligence because there’s clearly some in here trying to advise you it’s legitimate. There was an almost identical scam around a year ago and when eventually there was enough in the pot anyone who wanted to withdraw were advised they had to send 20% tax … some did just that as they were that deep in by then they saw no other route to recover but pay. Then everything went down overnight.
If legit why would there be so many fake exchanges and individuals that don’t exist anywhere.
Have you noted that a number of the assets they supposedly trade and make big gains on don’t actually exist?
19th November 2025 at 3:17 pm #157027So So
ParticipantHere’s some of the BS thats getting posted now. Seriously are people really considering these sorts of investments 🤷♂️🙈
“If I join the dividend plan with 1 million tokens, I can get $2 millions in dividends. And if PFIT rises above $5, then in three months the PFIT itself would be worth 7 millions” COQ exchange.

The JokerParticipantTake a look at the piece Konstantine posted about FCAT the website address and email have vanished, and any information on the site can only be removed or altered by the site itself . I spotted something odd quite early on, so I saved screenshots of both the original and the current version . How amusing.
19th November 2025 at 5:34 pm #157029Baileyboy
ParticipantHi all I did try phoning members on the what’s app group I’m in and no one answered and strangely I got messages from next day asking what I wanted and they all said they trust the company and have no issues looked a bit like AI generated responses Of it’s a scam it one of the best I have seen you constantly get messages about the market and trading ideas. I have currently sitting on the fence the trades make money and if you can withdraw it out without putting too much in can’t be all bad
19th November 2025 at 7:23 pm #157030
The JokerParticipantThere are far too many scammers on this site, and you can’t trust a word anyone says. These scammers are quite likely English-speaking Indians. And don’t trust the so-called companies claiming they can recover your funds, or people posting FCAT email addresses and websites – they’re scammers too. If the police can’t get your money back immediately, what chance has a private company got?
This website is complicit with the scammers as well. They’re letting scammers post comments about fund recovery. I’ve already sent screenshots of the FCAT posts and the fund recovery posts to the FCA. I deliberately didn’t say anything before because I wanted to see exactly who was backing these companies claiming they could recover funds. Now it’s pretty obvious, isn’t it?

ParticipantJoker. What can the fca do. They aren’t registered with them
Exchanges have no license anywhere
So I don’t know how they can except crypto through the btc or eth channels
The exchange can’t take bank payments which is red flag on its own
So my view is they will make it look legit – but you will lose money in the end.
Again my final decision is I’m out and not investing but I’m not convinced I’m right 😜19th November 2025 at 9:04 pm #157032Sherlocks
ParticipantMia. If ur reply is directed to mine then here’s ur answer
The person who got removed is from a previous comment / I said he has been removed as he gave away what group he is in – and he’s the only person in it so they took him out
When I was in profit the 1st sting happened which reduced my position so I withdrew funds. – then some more until I had any money invested out before I got forcibly liquidated from a trade they advised
Hoping I would put my own funds in ( no chance )19th November 2025 at 11:42 pm #157034
The JokerParticipantI’m talking about this Good Money Guide website being full of scammers. What’s wrong with your comprehension?

Participant🟥 The danger occurs in Phase 2
This is when:
• your account balance grows large, or
• you try to withdraw everything, or
• you hit a “VIP threshold”Then the app suddenly:
• blocks withdrawals
• says your account is “under review”
• says “liquidity needs to be balanced”
• says “tax must be paid before withdrawal”
• says “AML verification requires 20% deposit”
• requests one last deposit to unlock fundsThis is the moment most victims lose their entire balance.

Participant🔍 Let me explain exactly what in your screenshot raised red flags
### 🔴 1. The logo
Your app’s logo looks like a generic “GPC” symbol with a glowing-purple theme.
This same style appears in dozens of scam clones under different names.🔴 2. The menu layout
The row:
• Collateral Loan
• Earn
• IEO
• AI Trading
• VIP PrivilegesThis is identical to the interface found in multiple known scam exchange kits like:
• BitfexPro
• CXMTrade
• ZetBull clones
• TRXMax
• NscTrade
and many others.Legitimate exchanges do not use this layout.
🔴 3. The “Invite friends to earn coins together” banner
This is how chatgbt analysed the home page of GPCmax

So SoParticipantnow there’s a dividend scheme for partners in place and they’ve imposed large limits and people have been suckered into plowing more money into it.
We have already implemented the lock-up requirement for the dividend mechanism, which is the best way to ensure long-term value. So the drop in the last two trading days actually gives everyone more buying opportunities!
efore participating in the lock-up, everyone must understand the dividend agreement to ensure their legal rights and dividend eligibility.
Dividend pool transparency implementation: three-phase blueprint
We understand that transparency is the foundation of strategic partners’ long-term confidence in the project. The dividend mechanism has just started, and the dividend pool needs time to accumulate data. It also involves initial internal compliance audits, so the dividend pool data is temporarily not visible.
Phase 1 (data accumulation period): Current stage. All profits are manually calculated and independently audited.
Phase 2 (limited transparency): Regular disclosure of total dividends and average dividend range.
Phase 3 (full transparency): Introduce a dedicated dashboard or blockchain explorer interface to make dividend data publicly available in real time.Today, we want to remind everyone of the four dividend levels:
Level 1 Partner: Hold over 2 million PFIT, enjoy 40% dividend weight.
Level 2 Partner: Hold over 1 million PFIT, enjoy 30% dividend weight.
Level 3 Partner: Hold over 500,000 PFIT, enjoy 20% dividend weight.
Level 4 Partner: Hold under 500,000 PFIT, enjoy 10% dividend weight.I’ve not seen any dividend agreement come through.

Ps. Why is this site classed as a scam itself when it’s meant to be a forum to expose scammers ?? -
