Doubtful
ParticipantHi, this Whatsapp and Telegram group is advertising Pinnacle Flo 5.0 AI trading software that is in development but will be available soon at a very big price. We have had multiple 10% plus tips. All on my own accounts and with my money. A definite underlining suggestion of investing in the main crypto at the moment. We do a quiz and lottery twice a week that pays out in crypto.
We get a lesson every night in the basics of trading.
It sounds too good to be true….right?
Assuming it’s a scam, how will they get me?
Has anyone come across them?

ParticipantThe well know Sebastian Hatherleigh is the teacher, who doesn’t seem to have existed on Facebook for more than 5 months….
5th October 2025 at 12:23 pm #155209Sceptic
ParticipantWhen you search for Sebastian Hatherleigh on LinkedIn he has no profile. Isn’t this a red flag as most reputable businessmen would be on there. I have also been involved with this WhatsApp group and made profit on my own accounts. I think the fact they are getting you to sign up to QOCPLUS could be interesting. The PFIT token is only available on there. The others involved like Lukas Meier and Lina Korolenko don’t appear to have substantiated profiles. Further investigation is required

ParticipantI am also on the whatsapp group. Exactly the same situation as you..
Very sceptical.
Have won prizes in the lottery, making money on stocks from their advice, have just won 40 pfit tokens on the lottery and been asked to download an app (NDAEPRO) to receive the tokens..
..This is where it gets dodgy
Reluctant to download anything knowing that scammers can access your device with downloadable files disguised as something else.
No personal / banking details handed over ever.7th October 2025 at 12:18 pm #155316uhurusurfa
ParticipantI agree there is something fishy and most likely it is the download of their trading platform.
These days there is no reason for an installed application – it can and should be done in the browser.I also tried researching the puproted key people like Halyna and they do nto seem to have an y longevity on LinkedOn or other platforms.
Also, many of the users seem to be bots … the things they say are wierd (at least to me). and designed to make you think there are happy people on the platform.
My opinion – steer clear of downloading anything or giving them anything more than your WhatsApp contact.

InactiveI have been participating for a while. Small investments on my own account + won some crypto also sent to my own wallet.
Now too many red flags. Why does Lina need so many accounts. To me it indicates multiple people answering as Lina. They always answer straight away.
The biggest was being told to download the QOCplus app to recieve PFIT. A crypto trading app with no reviews and very little traffic.
Obviously all the ai trials will be on this platform. The money you are being told will be given to test pinnacle flow will be on QOCplus only. At some point you will be encouraged to use your own money to invest in PFIT tokens as they will be rocketing in value. Truth is PFIT has no value anywhere else but on their platform.
Run for the hills it’s a scam7th October 2025 at 9:58 pm #155323Suspiciously
ParticipantI’m in the WhatsApp group too and recently “won” 40 PFIT which I haven’t claimed yet.
I did some research and the full name they gave for QOC exchange isn’t registered with SEC.
Additionally the pinnacleflowhub.com was only registered in August this year.
Today I asked Lina why lots of people are talking about their lottery wins from last night when there wasn’t a quiz. Her reply was a laughing emoji on my comment and she said there will be a quiz tomorrow.
I’m new to investing stocks and I’m using the ISA for them and with very little money.
I am however good at researching things before I do them and this information was easy to find.
7th October 2025 at 10:57 pm #155324Twixxy
ParticipantWey hey I’m in the WhatsApp group too although as far as I can make out there are only 2 of us that are actually real people 🤔
I have followed some of their investment tips, and made a few ££. I was also given some SOL and ETH absolutely gutted when I won 80 PFIT as no way was I going to download their NDAE App 😬 I hope no real person in the group actually believes this scam7th October 2025 at 10:58 pm #155325Twixxy
ParticipantI wonder how many of these groups there are?

InactiveHow can you tell whose real and who’s a bot apart from some of the odd comments or unswerving Support for PFIT

ParticipantThe WhatsApp group has gone
8th October 2025 at 1:18 pm #155340Suspiciously
ParticipantI introduced myself when I joined the WhatsApp group and nobody responded so that was a bit odd to me.
I guess it’s because they were all bots as they just continued to post their stuff.
8th October 2025 at 6:48 pm #155345Sceptic
ParticipantThe Whatsapp group is still there. Euronext strategic Forum X2. The FCA are aware of this now. The QOCplus app is owned by Pacific Peak Capital Partners Ltd. The way the scam could work is closing the exchange when big money hits from investors. I believe there are only about 5 or so real people on there. Definitely bots as the conversations I’ve had are not normal. We are all getting drawn in slowly. I sold the pfit I won, exchanged it for USDc and sent to Coinbase. The withdrawal fees are high on QOCplus.
8th October 2025 at 8:17 pm #155346Sceptic
ParticipantIt appears the catch will be PFIT and the Pinnacle flow system….will you spend $75000 on a license….they are pushing all the emotions to prime people to need it…I bet they will heavily discount it for beta testers
8th October 2025 at 10:56 pm #155349Twixxy
ParticipantEvening, Unfortunately I’ve now been removed from the PFIT Beta Club 🌍 | Seed 🌱. However I am still in 2 other groups. They way I’ve been checking is to use Google image search and check. I have also reported it to the action fraud group but I don’t think they will be able to stop it before it’s too late for some people. With that in mind and also as it appears there are several groups, how about we all post a message on the same day, at the same time in our relevant groups stating – THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT INVEST!! Yes it will probably get deleted but hopefully some might be saved
8th October 2025 at 10:59 pm #155350Twixxy
ParticipantI think they want you to invest your own money into PFIT then they’ll sell when the price is high, so making price fall and do a bunk with the money. It seems like a modern day boiler room scam. Please don’t buy PFIT, especially don’t down load their app.
9th October 2025 at 11:29 am #155364Doubtful
ParticipantWOW, I am so glad I started this.
I managed to close this page and only just re found it.
I have tried to DM a few people and only 1 replied and she was all over investing all her money in PFIT 🤣. I completely agree that most of the comments are very bot like, I was beginning to think I was the only real person. I’m sure Lina is a different person at times as well.
The frustrating thing is, I’m about 25k up on the stock picks!! Someone there has an uncanny ability with it? I would be happy to pay for that but it all points to setting us up for a fall.
Interesting that Scott has NDAEPRO as his app and others have QOCPLUS, that wants your Driving license AND passport.
They sent a load of evidence about verifying the App but once you start picking away both the App and PPCP ltd aren’t regulated anywhere.
Earlier on Lukas started answering on Sebastian’s WhatsApp which I thought was funny.
One bloke, George, actually started asking if he could do the testing with his own money(because he trusts it so much 🙂 ). I mean come on!
Such a shame, I really want to get into trading and a bit of AI software is what I’m. Has anyone found a legitimate alternative as good as these stock picks are?
Cheers
9th October 2025 at 7:28 pm #155370Twixxy
ParticipantHi Doubtful, I’m with a legitimate trade teaching group. It’s called The Trade Tribe and his name is Ben. Definitely a real person as I have met him several times. He does a 12 week training course which does cost, can’t remember how much, but google trade tribe and he explains it all on a webinar. Happy to for you to call me so you know I’m real 🙂
10th October 2025 at 9:59 pm #155402Sceptic
ParticipantHey doubtful, I saw the same thing with Lukas on Sebastians number. Then some of the lessons appeared in French until Lina changed them. I’ve used my driving license to verify on QOCplus. FCA has advised me to get in touch with the Data Commissioners office or something similar. I can see them using this info to do something. PFIT will get boosted then dumped I’m convinced
11th October 2025 at 11:34 am #155407Mezzomatt Jones
ParticipantI’m pretty sure this is another scam, as its operating with exactly the same model as another group fronting as Mooathon Wealth Society. They’d give you free MOA coins, which were only on their “partner” platform. Then they introduced the testing element for their new advanced prediction algorithm, providing $300 that you could keep any profits from. Only, you could never withdraw money, as a lot of people discovered when they started unfortunately putting their own money into the platform. I’m following the group, but only for the real world stock picks it gives to look into.
11th October 2025 at 12:56 pm #155408Scott Crawford
ParticipantI’m glad this forum post got started.
I had my suspicions from the start.
It would appear there is more than 1 group with the same goal.
My only question now is…
Where do I go for investment tips after they all get closed 😂11th October 2025 at 6:31 pm #155410Doubtful.
ParticipantFor right Scott, Ive done really well out of their tips,
I would pay good money for that to carry on!
I suppose if they get enough people to buy the PFIT, then that’s their pay day?
Did anyone get selected to trial the software on Monday? I assume it’s only the plants that get the places? Defo, the 2 on my group who have said they have an invite are Bots, 100%.The bloke Twixxy suggested looks like a good call, I’m going to reach out.
My gut is there must be decent AI out there that does all the strategising for us??
11th October 2025 at 7:43 pm #155411Gotcha
ParticipantHi I am also in the finance-based 19 group. I have checked some to the photos of the profile pictures on Google and one lady is an British adult film actress. and the other have come back from Instagram profile pics. I have also check all the verification sites and not one document is genuine.
I really want to say something on the group but not sure how quickly I’ll get kicked off. I will be reporting it all Monday.
I have converted what crypto I had in QOCLite to USD, Anyone know how to send the money back to Coinbase? I can’t seem do it.11th October 2025 at 8:38 pm #155413Doubtful.
ParticipantAh Jamie, I dont know, that was always going to be the rub at some point, actually getting funds to go the other way!
Please share if you manage it.
I was still optimistic until I found you all on here, I so wanted it to be OK. I respect Barclays for grilling the hell out of me now, describing exactly what was happening. Glad I didn’t deposit into QOC.
I have got a load of the main crypto coins and I presume they will appreciate again at some point.
12th October 2025 at 9:09 am #155415Optimist
ParticipantI am also in the group Europa Salon VIP 73. It has been great for information and trading tips. I have also won SOL and PFIT. I downloaded VUBE Pro from App Store, (nothing that they sent me). There I could get the PFIT tokens and all Crypto. Quite like the app with its live trading prices. I also invested some of my own money on there. After reading this thread, I withdrew all my assets to be sure. There was no problem withdrawing the assets from VUBE Pro. There is also a white paper on PFIT which is quite extensive. The WhatSapp group also states that PinnacleFlow AI trading programme is being developed in conjunction with Fidelity Centre for Applied Technology and PGIM, so maybe some checks with them would reveal something? As a scam it is huge and surely would have cost a lot to set up? Nothing untoward has happened yet apart from them giving away free crypto? Maybe it’s just a big advertising campaign for PFIT by using its AI recommendations run by AI bots as proof that it works? Sceptical but watchful.
12th October 2025 at 12:01 pm #155416Gotcha
ParticipantHi,
None of the documents they post on the group are genuine. The SEC certificate and the other regulations documents are all fake the numbers and federal laws etc are all wrong. Also if they are launching this in Europe would there be a different set of regulations to pass.
I have only got what I won in the QOClite app and I still can’t get the balance of any of it out. I have tried to convert to USDC, XRP but I can’t transfer any to my Coinbase account.
It also seem the the same customer service operator, is responding to my enquires when I ask a question.
On Tuesday they are going live, with this Pinacleflow 5.0 and they are still encouraging the group to buy the Pfit. It’s make me so angry how they have slowly manipulated any REAL people that have joined the group.12th October 2025 at 7:15 pm #155420Doubtful
ParticipantFCAT is a legitimate entity as is PGIM but neither have an association with Pacific Peak Capital Partners or Pinnacle Flo. It’s purely fabricated apparently.
Vube Pro is not FCA regulated and is highly likely to be a scam. If you got you money out, then keep it there.
It seems they have created multiple platforms.
They suggest that there are 30k participants across Europe (the Telegram page backs this up), then if we all invest just say £1000 (some will put a LOT more in by the end) then a few fake press releases and cheap Apps, a website and a chat every night doesn’t seem a big investment? Even if they spent a couple of million on it….
So annoying because someone there has made some amazing forecasts so far!
Do any of you know ANYONE that have been invited to the Beta test next week?
Apart from the obvious bots on the WhatsApp that is.
12th October 2025 at 10:34 pm #155422Optimist
ParticipantYes, me. On the second round of automated trading with $1500 they supply to work with.
To withdraw your assets you need to set up an export password. Once you’ve set it up, assets transfer out no problem. Well that’s on Vube Pro anyway 🤔12th October 2025 at 10:45 pm #155423Optimist
ParticipantIt’s the PinnacleFlow AI programme that is making the amazing predictions guided to us by the AI bots on the WhatSapp groups. Isn’t that exactly they are trying to showcase/advertise and prove their system? 🤔
13th October 2025 at 6:55 am #155425Doubtful.
ParticipantOn our WhatsApp there have been no new stock picks since 30th of September.
However everyday there is the relentless suggestion to buy their crypto PFIT.
Although one lucky person won 0.5 Bitcoin on their lottery, about £42k…I think it may have been a lucky bot though
13th October 2025 at 11:15 am #155435Optimist
ParticipantDid you not get the ARM pick? Then a sell notice at 24% profit? That was on our WhatSapp Group about a week ago?
13th October 2025 at 12:28 pm #155436Doubtful.
ParticipantYes, that’s an old one, there’s several still bubbling away.
To be fair, there is a new one this morning. First since 30th Sep.
The quality of the stock picks is outstanding, no one has said a bad word about them, they have been spot on. That’s not the issue though is it?
14th October 2025 at 10:07 am #155488Doubtful.
ParticipantI Spoke too soon.
Buy ANET at 155 to 160, that’s the highest it’s been…ever.
Then at 4 oclock a massive sell off
Short answer: this looks exactly like a pump-and-dump pattern and you should treat it as a possible scam. I’ll explain the evidence, what to do next (step-by-step), and how I can help you investigate further.
Why this looks like a pump-and-dump
Big, rapid price movement with no identifiable news + unusually high volume is a classic marker of coordinated buying then dumping. Arista showed large intraday swings and higher-than-normal volume over the days you mentioned (example: Oct 13 intraday range $162 → $145 and volume well above average).
Regulators and market bodies have recently warned that WhatsApp / social chat groups are being used to organise pump-and-dump schemes (promote a buy, get retail members to buy, then promoters sell). That’s exactly the behaviour you described.
14th October 2025 at 3:38 pm #155501Optimist
ParticipantSo all of the stock tippers, like Motley fool etc could do the same? Surely only institutions would put in enough money to push big stocks up by that amount? 🤔
They have deposited $800 into testers VUBE accounts today for the first round of PinnacleFlow testers today. Be interesting to see results and what happens next?15th October 2025 at 10:26 am #155508MrCautious
ParticipantThe group I am in are pushing the NDAEnext app, in the same way as described in this thread. So there’s clearly a loophole in apple’s/google’s App Store approval process.
15th October 2025 at 11:21 pm #155518Doubtful.
ParticipantI dont think any of these Apps are causing any issues yet, so no reason why they wouldn’t be on the app or playstore but as happened to my friend, when he tried to extract his 100k from a similar platform, they just said no and shut him out of the account.
The issue with them, is that they are NOT FCA registered in the UK or SEC regulated in the US, it doesn’t take long to prove this, search for yourself??
This does not necessarily mean they are fraudulent but it does mean that your money is at very high risk, basically you have no recourse if they don’t want to give you any of your money back.I suggest for all those that supplied ID to invest in anti fraud software that tracks your credit activity for loan applications etc.
I enjoyed their latest error last night, the Admin changed the settings so admin only could post messages and the main people who talk constantly about PFIT kept carrying on with their glowing expectation of how many times PFIT will grow, even though no non admin were supppost to be able to post anything 🫠
One person tonight said they were going to transfer 10% of their assets into PFIT 😂. Its 100 percent promoting crypto and PFIT now.
I shouldn’t make light of this though, some people are going to really get turned over, it’s a classic Ponzi scheme.
15th October 2025 at 11:29 pm #155519Doubtful.
ParticipantShort answer: There are strong red flags — I’d treat NDAEnext as suspicious and potentially a scam until you can verify otherwise.
What I found (most important bits)
Independent review sites explicitly call NDAEnext an advance-fee / withdrawal scam and warn users not to pay additional “fees” or taxes because withdrawals may be blocked.
Multiple Reddit threads and user posts warn people not to trust NDAEnext, reporting the usual scam behaviour (hard or impossible withdrawals, “exclusive” offers, etc.).
16th October 2025 at 11:10 pm #155541Twixxy
ParticipantIt’s a shame it’s not real like you say Doubtful, there have been some great share tips. Although with the potential bubble burst I’m going with The Trade Tribe method. Some people made a lot of money when COVID hit so trying to get training done so that ‘This time next year I’m going to be a millionaire’ without Del Boy and Rodney 🤣
17th October 2025 at 2:01 pm #155583davidsmith
Participantit does seem like a simple business solution – a professional advisor giving tips, so why is it so hard to find a group. expert that isnt a scam? Anyone got any recommendations?
17th October 2025 at 9:25 pm #155589SaddlerBoy
ParticipantHas any real Person been involved in the first round of ‘testing’ the pinnacle software ? I have won several smaller prizes and was able to convert to USDC and withdraw to my own wallet. I am looking forward to the free 1500 USD coming my way shortly for round 2 testing. I won’t be holding my breath 🤣
18th October 2025 at 9:13 am #155590davidsmith
Participant@Saddlerboy please do keep us updated on here. I’m sticking around on the whatsapp group just out of intrigue now. Wanna see the balloon pop !
18th October 2025 at 5:24 pm #155592Scott Crawford
ParticipantIn case anyone hasn’t noticed, I think “optimist” in this thread might be part of the group organising this scam. Seems to be against every argument out towards the group.
Also. I have been invited to round 2 of testing – I haven’t followed this up knowing full well it’s a scam but if anyone would like any info please let me know, I don’t check here often but if I can help, I will. It’s a shame dm’s are unavailable on this site.19th October 2025 at 5:23 pm #155595Doubtful.
ParticipantYeah, I think you are right on Optimist.
Latest stock tip was advice to buy WPM, again at the highest price its ever been and what followed was a 10% drop in 2 hours. Classic pump and dump. They are cashing in now, I think we’re close to the end game.
The WhatsApp has now just become a full-out marketing campaign for PFIT, which, unlike the rest of the crypto in the world is actually going up massively lol
19th October 2025 at 10:46 pm #155601Optimist
ParticipantNo my friend. I am a real person. It just seems such a massive, detailed and elaborate operation for what gain? Can’t see the worthy sting in the tail for it to be purely a scam?
20th October 2025 at 10:39 am #155606Yomkor
ParticipantSo glad I found this forum. I’ve been Sus about qocplus, continental capital and the WhatsApp groups for a while. Like others I have used the trading tips from the ‘lessons’ on t212 and had some success, I have also just been entered into the second round of beta testing in the qoc app. I don’t think there is any way that I will be putting my own money into this. Will see if I can take the profit from the $1500 gift and then run a mile.
20th October 2025 at 11:11 am #155612Yomkor
ParticipantAlso if anyone else is still in the WhatsApp, have a look at the members area, multiple accounts for Lucas Meier, Lina korolenko and Sebastian hatherleigh. Who needs that many different whatsapp accounts unless your running a scam!
20th October 2025 at 10:50 pm #155675Doubtful.
ParticipantYeah for sure Yomkor, Lukas has even answered on Sebatians’s number before.
All of their LinkedIn and Facebook pages haven’t got history beyond a few months. Completely fabricated, as are a lot of the WhatsApp characters.
I received the 1500 today and the Pinnacle flo generated several profitable trades and some not, it did seem a bit of a box of frogs, with seemingly real people having issues when it wasn’t working, like I did. They did seem real. The trades were small and generated 1 to 3 % profit with 5% draw down, which surprised me because that is what you should be doing with a Forex account. It was less profitable than the manual trades which surprised me again. They explained why that would happen. Its more prudent. They are hammering away to not use the 1500 for our own purposes which again has surprised me because I dont think they are actually placing the trades outside the QOC platform that they own….so no money leaves ultimately. It was pretty good theater though…
I did manage to withdraw some money from QOC plus but it is proper, proper hassle and I imagine this with be the rub, it had to be reviewed and agreed…. it was my money?? Any large withdrawal will not happen and I think the biggest hit will be if we all buy PFIT, they be millions up.
The stock tips have completely gone stale or tanked or just aren’t mentioned. They refer to some that have already been sold.
My only exposure at the moment is my ID, which is no longer in date. I won’t be depositing a penny into QOC though, it stinks.
If there was a bit of software that was as successful as that seemed today, then I still don’t think that many retail traiders would be departing with 80k of their own money to invest in it, you would really have to ramp up your deposit to near 100k to earn 2 or 300 a day. Only on some sort of subscription basis for sure and ONLY on a legit platform.
21st October 2025 at 3:25 pm #155684ChooChoo
ParticipantI know it’s a scam and I’m in a beta round of testing. I feel there are a lot of bots with very excitibly encouraging messages from users who say they are investing big amounts. And lots of ai profile pictures which is an enormous red flag. I will take any profits from this test and run.
21st October 2025 at 7:28 pm #155685Optimist
ParticipantHow come an official body hasn’t investigated and stopped such a huge sophisticated scam that has been running for weeks, maybe months ??
21st October 2025 at 7:33 pm #155686Optimist
ParticipantIf you google VUBE Pro exchange, all you get is CUBE pro exchange. Wonder if it’s a clone of this official exchange 🤔
