I have a cash ISA and a flex direct account with Nationwide,my elderly parents also have accounts with Nationwide,the accounts are all competitive with others on the high street, however, the real strength of Nationwide is its customer service,and its commiment to keeping our local branch open,unlike other banks,building societies closing branches.
