Our advisor, Jack is approachable and informative, making planning discussions about our SIPP and ISAs helpful. I feel that he knows us, our circumstances and what we want from our investments. This gives us confidence to make investment decisions. Their app provides a good user experience, making it very easy to use to keep up to date with how our investments are performing. It easily breaks everything into clear components and is user friendly.
