Saltus takes a highly personalised route from the outset, matching clients with advisers who align with their goals and communication preferences. Their planning process includes robust cashflow modelling and tax optimisation, resulting in comprehensive strategies that span life planning and investment management. Their investment performance, as independently benchmarked by the ARC Private Client Indices (ARC PCI), is particularly impressive. Saltus has outperformed peers over 3, 5, and 10-year periods across cautious, balanced, growth, and equity risk categories — all while generally taking less risk. For instance, their core Growth strategy delivered an annualised 7.2% return over five years to the end of 2025, compared to 4.6% for the ARC benchmark. Saltus is approachable, trustworthy and good at customer care with their ‘arms around’ style of engagement. Our advisor, Jack is approachable and informative, making planning discussions about our SIPP and ISAs helpful. I feel that he knows us, our circumstances and what we want from our investments. This gives us confidence to make investment decisions. Their app provides a good user experience, making it very easy to use to keep up to date with how our investments are performing. It easily breaks everything into clear components and is user friendly. They keep you informed. Listens and really understands our financial goals and nuances. Provides options and thorough discussion on the consequences of each. Lauren Plumley in particular is an asset to Saltus. She is super knowledgeable and responsive and very easy to talk with. Provides an efficient service which we are not qualified to do. they are attentive, responsive and proactive. Lauren is fantastic and the Saltus app gives us all of the relevant informaiton and is transprent about where our wealth is being invested and how is performing. Makes me feel secured for the future with the investments they have made on my behalf always available to communicate with whenever I need them with all the answers I require It gives regular information in a comprehensible manner. It deals promptly with requests for transactions to be effected. The nominated personal adviser is always to hand for help. It invests wisely on my behalf. Very good communicators. Keeps investors informed throughout the year and has great customer advisors on hand Informative Saltus quickly understood our financial circumstances and took the time to understand our plans for the future and how this could vary dependent on a number of different possible futures that could occur. They have taken trouble to ask probing questions and to provide calm and thoroughly reasoned guidance throughout the months leading up to the 2025 budget. They are globally aware, are up to date with market trends and are technically advanced to invest and deliver a growth portfolio and service. Excellent communication through their portal as well as posted statements showing monthly pension payments and tax deductions. Good professional and friendly advice from Saltus local office who are always easily contactable.
