Everything this bank does makes me think – why didn’t I get here sooner? They have been transformational in how I see banking and they always make any issues I have (which are rare) seem top of their “To Do” list. I can always manage to speak to a person if I need to and using my card in the UK and abroad has been so easy.

Great bank, great features on the app, and 1st Class Customer Service when needed – what more can I ask for?
