The City of London Wealth Management Awards 2015 are voted for by the public, so it’s fairly safe to assume that the winners are going to be the brokers with the biggest client base to tap for votes. But that is actually a good indication that ETX Capital look after their clients well.
Spread betting brokers have a high turn over of clients – mainly due to the highly leveraged nature of the product. So retaining a good relationship with customers is pretty impressive.
